January 2024 Newsletter

                                                                                                    January 23, 2024

Dear Landowners,

We hope this newsletter finds you well and hope everyone had a great holiday season. We are sorry the weather would not cooperate for the fall festival we had planned. Even though that did not work out we would like you to know that the Board of Directors has been working hard to get things accomplished.

We are currently replacing the signs coming into the park with new ones and are planning on having the entrances surveyed so that we can beautify the entrances. We are also planning to plant shrubbery and install fencing also.

We would also like your help in reporting crime and becoming part of a neighborhood watch program. We would like for Cedar Point to become (not one of the best), But the BEST, community in our area.

Utility totals for last year were as follows:

Water usage $41,000.00

Electricity $14,700.00

Garbage $10,550

With that being said we would like to challenge everyone to not leave any water running and always check for leaks (toilets, sinks, etc.)

We also sold 2 properties for a total of $26,000.00.

We have launched our website, but we still have a few things to fix. In the near future, you will be able to report problems, read newsletters and keep up with planned events.

April is fast approaching and anyone in good standing that would like to run for the Board or Officer position should turn it in by March 15th.

In closing I would like to thank all of the Landowners who have worked so hard this Winter to keep their yards in great shape. We still have a lot to do, so be patient we are working toward the goal that you set for this Board.

Thank you, Cedar Point Board of Directors.
