We are only 10 miles from downtown Montgomery which offers amenities such as the Biscuits Stadium, MPAC, Riverwalk Amphitheater, Montgomery Speedway, and the Harriot II. Also the Lowndes County wildlife management area, located nearby covers 12,500 acres and offers prime hunting for whitetail deer, turkey and wild hogs. Cedar Point is a great place to call home.

As a landowners association, we prioritize the safety and security of our members’ properties. To achieve this, our association provides safety and security measures to ensure members’ properties are protected. The association works with local law enforcement and fire departments.
